Generally, you might have some coaching sessions at a time when you need or want things to be different. For example, you might come to coaching because you want a better quality of life more fulfilment, better balance or a different process for accomplishing your life’s desires.
One scenario might be feeling trapped in a repetitive cycle.
Eg; Feeling like the same thing keeps happening over
and over and over again.
