Integrative Therapy can enrich and add depth to sessions, our trained counsellors and therapists are trained in person-centred and integrative therapy approaches.
At wellbeing matters talking therapies, we understand that there is no one size fits all approach, and we strive to offer services as unique as you are. An Integrative approach offers a variety of interventions across a range of theoretical theories and modalities, Humanistic, Psychological, Cognitive, Behavioural, and addressing the Relationship, Social and Spiritual aspects and needs of each individual. Because our therapists are skilled in other approaches, this also means that sessions can be more bespoke. Some therapists go beyond their fundamental training approaches and have gained additional continued practitioner development (CBD) training certificates, e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and more. Some Integrative approaches are blended into counselling and coaching sessions, and others are offered as a separate service or stand-alone therapy.
