Kelly Morrison

Integrative Counsellor
– Substance Misuse, Diversity

Hello, my name is Kelly.

I am a humanistic integrative counsellor working with a range of adults aged 18 and above.

I believe everyone can heal themselves, given the right environment. Something I aim to provide for my clients is a safe and confidential space to talk without judgment.

I offer face to face sessions, online counselling, or telephone sessions, whatever suits you better.

I think it is always good to find the right counsellor for you, so I offer a free 20-minute no-obligation conversation via zoom or telephone if you would like.

I have experience in counselling individuals with a range of problems from Addiction problems, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, self-esteem and problematic relationships.

A bit about me

“Counselling is more than a job for me. It has shaped me as a person and is a way of life.”

At the age of 21, I was going two ways, addiction and poverty or break the cycle and change my whole life.  I say this because I know whatever your struggles, I believe there is a way out for you and a different path to take.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in the health and social care sector, caring for individuals with a range of challenging disabilities. I feel my personal and professional experiences in life help me to walk in other people’s shoes and empathise with them when others maybe can’t. I feel very passionate about my work. I meet some great people and feel it is a privilege to be a part of their journey.

I know taking that first step can often be difficult, but I reassure you, it is very often worth it.
